All prices and shipping rates quoted on our website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). All prices and shipping rates are inclusive of GST but exclude delivery charges. All payments will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order via the PayPal payment gateway. If you do not have a PayPal account you can alternatively pay by credit card on the PayPal site.


Orders placed on our website will be processed within one to two working days. Orders will only be processed during business hours of 9am to 5pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
A correct delivery address, name, contact number and email address are required for the order to be processed. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
If any item you have ordered is unavailable, a member of the Apotheca® team will notify you of it’s out of stock status and offer you the option of a substitute product or cancellation of your order.


Coupon codes provided to any customer must be entered into the coupons box at checkout at the time of purchase on our online store. Coupons must be used in one single transaction only, but may be used for the purchase of more than one item in this single transaction. Coupons may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, such as a sale, discount or other coupon. The customer in possession of the coupon is responsible for paying any amount in excess of the value of the coupon should the total value of their order on our online store be in excess of the value of the coupon. Any promotional offers undertaken by Apotheca®, whether at or any other website, is subject to the usual terms and conditions for sales on as well as the terms and conditions set by the website hosting that promotional offer. Where the promotional offer is for a particular item or items, the recipient may not exchange, return or refund any item received via this promotional offer. Where the promotional offer is for a coupon of a set value, the terms and conditions set out above in relation to coupons apply and the recipient may not exchange, return or refund any item purchased using the coupon. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
